At times in our lives we experience challenges that feel overwhelming. No matter what is tried, nothing changes and sometimes things seem to get more cloudy, confusing and distressing. My hope is that through learning to approach challenges in a new way, and make sense of where you find yourself  you will find new ways of coping and growing!
